Provides executive-level administrative support by managing calendars, emails, travel, expenses, meetings, communications, and confidential information. Oversees daily New York office operations, including facilities requests, inventory, visitors, deliveries, technology coordination, events, and employee experience initiatives. Acts as a liaison for executives and stakeholders, coordinates meeting logistics, tracks action items, and supports office safety and security protocols.

Supports GAAP or Statutory/Tax actuarial valuation and financial reporting for life insurance and annuity products. Responsibilities include monthly reserve production, reserve movement analysis, valuation control maintenance, actuarial program updates for new products and regulations, and related projects. The role requires five completed ASA examinations, at least one year of actuarial experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and familiarity with actuarial modeling software such as GGY-AXIS.

Leads life reinsurance modernization, treaty setup, process improvement, automation, data quality, system upgrades, and operational projects. Collaborates with operations, finance, actuarial, risk, systems, and external partners to implement complex changes and improve controls and performance. Manages and develops a team, oversees reporting and KPIs, supports strategic planning, and drives scalable reinsurance administration processes.
