Leads a territory sales team of 6–8 account executives, owning revenue, forecasting, quotas, pipeline discipline, coaching, hiring, and customer expansion. Drives a shift from transactional catalog selling to consultative, value-based full-solution sales across manufacturing accounts. Builds executive relationships, manages strategic opportunities, partners cross-functionally, maintains quality processes, and spends approximately 50% of time with customers, at events, and alongside sellers.

Provide proactive, discreet executive support to the Founder by managing calendars, communications, meeting preparation, action-item follow-up, domestic and international travel logistics, stakeholder coordination, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, highly personalized environment.

Develop and grow emerging manufacturing accounts through outbound prospecting, account strategy, solution selling, negotiations, and quota attainment. The role manages opportunities from prototyping through production, forecasts pipeline activity in Salesforce, builds executive relationships, coordinates internal resources, and represents MISUMI at customer meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Domestic travel is required 10–20% of the time.
