Lead event strategy and execution for Figma Weave, selecting conferences, owning content/brand presence, running standalone events, managing budget and vendors, aligning event activity with sales to drive pipeline, and measuring performance across awareness and pipeline metrics. Represent Weave to senior stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver enterprise-focused event programs.

Lead product strategy and execution for Figma's Code area, managing Product Managers across Code Context, Design-to-Code, Code-to-Design, and Code Platform. Define vision, measure and improve workflows, build code-context systems and translation primitives, partner with engineering/design/data/research, hire and develop PM talent, and drive adoption goals for developer- and AI-driven design-to-code features.

The Solutions Consultant will guide federal customers in utilizing Figma's platform, support sales through technical solutions, deliver presentations, and enhance security in product usage, driving growth and innovation for the company.
