The Solutions Consultant will guide federal customers in utilizing Figma's platform, support sales through technical solutions, deliver presentations, and enhance security in product usage, driving growth and innovation for the company.

Lead and scale a mid-market SaaS sales organization (Managers and AEs) to drive engagement, expansion, and retention. Execute territory planning, quota frameworks, and MEDDICC-based qualification. Recruit, coach, and sponsor talent through complex, multi-stakeholder deals while partnering with RevOps, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to optimize pipeline, forecasting, and go-to-market playbooks.

Lead and deliver cross-functional programs for Figma Weave from strategy through rollout. Own operating cadence, build dashboards and inspection mechanisms, design AI-powered automations to remove manual work, develop business cases, craft executive narratives, and support budget and operational rigor. Partner with product, marketing, customer experience, and operations to translate priorities into measurable programs and ship solutions.
