Directs treasury and financial operations for a fintech company, including funds-flow design, payment infrastructure, wire and ACH execution, cash reconciliations, remittance reporting, workflow automation, and SOX-compliant controls. Coordinates analyst workloads, mentors team members, improves operational efficiency, communicates across leadership levels, and supports capital raising and investor engagement initiatives.

The role involves providing legal counsel on markets and products at the intersection of crypto and securities, ensuring compliance with related laws.

Owns Figure’s digital asset financial operations, including wallet and custody administration, transaction settlement, position monitoring, and end-to-end reconciliation. Partners across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, and auditors to support close, fair value measurement, cost basis, disclosures, and SOX controls. Builds scalable automation and control frameworks for new token launches, manages custodians and exchanges, and reports digital asset positions, flows, and exposures to executives, the board, and auditors.
