Manages the structuring, pricing, execution, and settlement of HMBS pools. Responsibilities include loan bidding, pricing, trade execution, market-risk monitoring, reporting, financial modeling, pool delivery, settlement coordination, and maintaining automated SQL, Python, VBA, and Power Automate workflows. The role supports liquidity, profitability, regulatory compliance, and secondary-market operations while collaborating with treasury, accounting, operations, investors, and counterparties.

Leads strategy, discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery for complex, business-critical products. Partners with engineering, design, operations, compliance, risk, sales, marketing, and senior leaders to align investments with company objectives and deliver customer and business outcomes. Mentors product managers, improves product management practices, defines success measures, and identifies opportunities involving AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities.

Leads enterprise talent management strategy through performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Analyzes HRIS and workforce data, develops talent dashboards and insights, facilitates calibration discussions, manages annual performance processes, and advises business and executive leaders on talent decisions. Partners with Employee Relations, HR Technology, Compensation, and organizational development teams to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.
