The Business Development Associate supports activities in FinTech and InsurTech sectors, performs due diligence, meets industry leaders, tracks trends, and develops market analyses.

Provide first-line desktop and end-user support in a hybrid NYC investment banking office: troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, AV/conference systems, image and deploy laptops, administer AD/Entra accounts, manage file permissions, assist with networking and vendor coordination, maintain asset inventory and documentation, and deliver high-touch customer service to employees including senior executives.

The Experienced Analyst will analyze market data, develop marketing materials, support capital raises and M&A processes, and enhance investor relationships.
