Support and execute public relations programs for multiple arts clients: pitch media, handle inquiries, prepare client materials and reports, assist event planning, manage social media and content, maintain media lists, and support account administration under senior leadership.

Review and negotiate client MSAs and confidentiality agreements; develop and manage supplier and contractor contracts; vet suppliers; maintain templates; advise on insurance and Certificates of Insurance; support audits, compliance, and procurement process improvement; manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.

Lead and execute strategic PR campaigns for arts and culture clients, manage multiple accounts, pitch and secure media placements, produce and edit communications materials, oversee event and press trip planning, mentor junior staff, and deliver client reporting and project tracking.
