Build sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts, qualifying inbound leads, conducting personalized outreach, meeting opportunity targets, educating prospects about AI inference solutions, and transitioning qualified leads to Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, research prospects, communicate with technical stakeholders, and stay informed about AI and machine learning trends.

Own and scale GTM enablement through structured knowledge management, an internal AI tutor application, cross-functional content operations, live training, role-based ramp, and field best-practice codification. The role also develops AI agents that improve seller productivity and Revenue Operations insight while partnering across Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales.

Own and expand a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts. Identify prospects, engage founders and technical leaders, lead technical product discussions, coordinate onboarding and integrations, and develop tailored solutions and proofs of concept. Track usage to uncover expansion opportunities, represent Fireworks in the AI ecosystem, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering improvements. The role requires credible understanding of AI infrastructure, model serving, APIs, inference, tuning, and GPU architecture.
