The role involves examining commercial property titles, analyzing documents, resolving discrepancies, and preparing title documentation and reports across multiple states.

Coordinate commercial title processes and vendor workflows: research orders, provide ordering instructions, validate documents, update file status, resolve issues to meet SLAs, onboard and manage vendors, analyze vendor performance, escalate complex title issues, and support title production and settlement preparation.

Perform title examinations and analyze records to determine ownership and title issues for residential refinances. Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, underwriting, and closers to resolve issues, prepare title policies and closing documents in FAST, verify rates and coverage, and ensure title insurability for smooth closings.
