Teams at First Connect Insurance

Own First Connect’s community strategy for independent insurance agents, including launching an online community, ambassador program, industry partnerships, events, webinars, content, and beta programs. Measure community health, engagement, pipeline contribution, retention, and NPS, presenting insights to leadership. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Carrier, and Events teams while serving as a public-facing representative at industry gatherings. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires approximately 20–30% travel.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM for agency- and carrier-focused products. Coordinate launches, create marketing assets, support campaigns, and enable sales/support with training and research to drive awareness, adoption, and product-market fit in a fast-growing insurtech startup.

Manage and grow production of onboarded independent insurance agents by training on carriers/products, driving cross-sales, hitting sales targets, using data to identify growth, and communicating feedback to improve training and appointments.
