Develops and manages commercial banking relationships involving lending, deposits, and treasury management. Advises business customers on financial strategies and recommends appropriate products and services. Generates new business through networking and community outreach while ensuring adherence to lending policies and regulatory requirements.

Provides independent second-line oversight and credible challenge for operational risk across banking businesses. Reviews risk assessments, controls, indicators, incidents, losses, remediation, change risk, and third-party risk. Advises first-line teams, facilitates risk workshops, supports regulatory exams and executive reporting, and coordinates enterprise risk responses. The role also advances automation and AI-enabled monitoring while influencing stakeholders, managing initiatives, and strengthening risk culture.

Analyze and report on loan, deposit, and credit card pricing strategies; develop dashboards and reports; answer banker pricing inquiries; support product strategy; ensure processes comply with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements; prepare executive presentations; and contribute to Treasury projects.
