The Payroll Analyst processes payroll for multiple companies, ensures compliance, audits timekeeping records, maintains employee records, and assists HR with data accuracy while answering employee inquiries about payroll.

Prepare and enter general ledger journal entries, draft financial statements, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and perform financial analyses including depreciation, working capital, forecasts and budgets. Support Procure-to-Pay invoice approvals, participate in intercompany standardization and internal control initiatives, and provide analytics to cross-functional teams. Lead or contribute to accounting/financial projects to improve processes and automation.
