The Staff Product Manager will design AI solutions for the Firsthand platform, engage with clients to drive product alignment, and communicate strategies to stakeholders.

Lead post-sale customer engagements for agency, brand, and channel-partner accounts: own launch, live delivery, value realization, account health, and renewal readiness. Coordinate internal and external teams, translate performance into customer-facing value narratives, prioritize work to protect specialist capacity, and develop repeatable Customer Success playbooks and operating standards to scale outcomes and drive renewals and expansion.

Design and deliver interactive, responsive digital experiences and reusable design systems; create motion-rich storytelling using animation tools; collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to support Go-to-Market efforts and client-facing work.
