Teams at Fiserv

Manage and grow Fiserv relationships with Minority Depository Institution clients. Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, lead contract renewals and renegotiations, identify revenue-growth opportunities, promote Fiserv solutions, and drive retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to resolve issues and align solutions with client strategies and financial performance. The role requires up to 60% domestic travel.

Owns the end-to-end merchant experience for SMB financial products across Clover device, web, and mobile platforms. Drives product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle execution, market research, user feedback analysis, performance measurement, and go-to-market commercialization. Partners with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Merchant Solutions, Data Science, Sales, Support, and external partners to deliver integrated card payment products, third-party integrations, and revenue-driving enhancements.

As Privacy Counsel, you will advise on privacy compliance and data protection laws, work with stakeholders to implement privacy controls, and negotiate privacy terms in agreements.
