Drive alignment across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Finance, build business cases, design operating models, run executive workshops, establish KPI frameworks, oversee pilots to full rollout, manage risks and dependencies, and coach junior team members to ensure measurable value realization.

Lead strategy and business operations for merchant solutions across Clover and Carat. Define build/buy/partner approaches, drive product commercialization and implementation frameworks, build business cases, provide market intelligence and KPI reporting, and partner with Finance, Product and Technology to prioritize investments and manage strategic initiatives to grow revenue.

Lead and execute regional communications strategies and content across internal and external channels, partner with leaders and cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end awards submissions and calendars, develop messaging frameworks, track performance and stakeholder feedback, and ensure alignment to the Fiserv brand voice.
