Advises Fiserv’s embedded finance business on privacy, data protection, financial privacy laws, privacy-by-design, regulatory compliance, and contractual risk. Drafts and negotiates commercial, technology, vendor, customer, and data-use agreements; supports partner and vendor negotiations; develops privacy policies and training; and translates evolving legal requirements into actionable business guidance.

Generate and self-source leads among small and medium-sized businesses, build referral partnerships with financial institutions, and sell Clover point-of-sale and business management solutions. Advise merchants on tailored solutions, grow a sales portfolio, develop pipeline and revenue, and maintain ethical, relationship-driven customer connections. The role is local to the Albany area and requires travel within the assigned geography.

Sell Fiserv’s Clover point-of-sale and business management platform to small and medium-sized businesses across the Buffalo area. Generate leads through cold calling, partnerships, and referrals; build and manage a sales pipeline; consult with merchants to tailor solutions; and develop relationships with financial institutions and business owners. The role requires quota-driven sales experience, self-sourcing ability, local presence, and travel within the assigned geography.
