Support Practice Systems Hub by coordinating transfer workflows, tracking status, managing vendor processes, maintaining project logs, documenting procedures, assisting audits and reporting, and providing training and cross-training for IP practice operations.

Manage conflicts searching, identification, and resolution for new business and lateral intake; lead and train conflicts staff; maintain conflicts database integrity; develop and document intake and conflicts procedures; advise Intake Committee and General Counsel; provide orientation and training for attorneys and staff; improve processes and oversee team performance.

Manage and resolve conflicts and ethics issues for a law firm: respond to inquiries, review new business submissions, research clients/adverse parties, coordinate with attorneys, prepare conflict reports, and advise on ethical walls and conflict memorandums.

Prepare, obtain, and file documents for U.S. patent prosecution, including assignments, information disclosure statements, declarations, and office action responses. Manage prosecution dockets, track deadlines, request client instructions, record billable time, and collaborate with team members. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in the office at least three days per month as needed.
