Teams at Five Below

Provides customer service and sales support in a retail store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, promoting events, resolving concerns, operating the register, maintaining organized and stocked merchandise, retrieving stock, and supporting store goals. The role requires flexible scheduling, frequent movement, lifting up to 25 pounds, ladder use, and effective communication with customers and coworkers.

Leads customer experience and front-end store operations, including checkout service, merchandising, opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, recovery, equipment readiness, and customer service goals. Supports recruiting, training, coaching, and supervision of crew members, performs store manager duties when needed, and maintains stockroom and sales-floor standards. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and occasional travel as business needs require.

Provide friendly, timely customer service while driving sales. Greet customers, share product knowledge, handle transactions, restock and organize merchandise, resolve customer concerns, and support store goals and promotions.
