Summer interns receive classroom instruction and hands-on mentorship while installing, configuring, and monitoring trading applications. They work on significant trading operations projects and write software supporting trading operations. Required technical proficiency includes Python, Bash, MySQL, and Linux. The program also provides a sign-on bonus and corporate housing.

Manually input and update orders, monitor changing markets, coordinate accurate information with traders, prioritize market data, and reconcile daily trades against internal records. The role requires precise multitasking and communication in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environment. It is fully in-office in New York City five days per week and follows market hours.

Provides broad legal support for a proprietary trading firm, including analyzing new business opportunities, drafting and negotiating commercial, technology, data, vendor, trading, and counterparty agreements. Advises on corporate, employment, and personnel matters; manages outside counsel; and supports legal needs across jurisdictions and international offices.
