Own and scale Flagright's partner and channel ecosystem across North America: recruit and enable consultancies, SIs, platforms and advisors; generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; design partner programs, incentives and GTM campaigns; run co-selling motions, events and enablement; track partner performance and ROI; and drive product integration opportunities and strategic insights for leadership.

The Head of Partnerships & Channel Sales will scale Flagright's partner ecosystem, drive revenue generation, and manage partner relationships in North America, while also leading a team.

You will generate pipeline for the NORAM market by engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks through cold calls and personalized outreach.
