Sell Flai’s AI-native sales CRM to automotive dealerships and dealer groups. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, tailored demonstrations, pilot design, proposals, negotiation, closing, expansion, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer handoff. The role requires evaluating dealership sales workflows, managing CRM replacement concerns, coordinating data migration and rollout plans, and providing competitive feedback to product and founders. This is a remote position with deal-related travel.

Own end-to-end software launches for automotive dealerships, including kickoff, DMS and scheduler integrations, configuration, training, go-live support, adoption metrics, and handoff to Customer Success. Travel over 50% to dealership locations, troubleshoot integrations with engineering, manage multiple rollouts, support OEM and dealer-group deployments, improve implementation processes, and provide product feedback.

Own expansion revenue across existing dealership accounts by selling additional products and expanding into more locations within dealer groups. Responsibilities include building account relationships, identifying growth opportunities, running demos, creating proposals, negotiating and closing deals, partnering with customer success, and sharing customer feedback. The role requires quota-carrying sales or account management experience, a record of achieving expansion or upsell targets, and experience selling to automotive dealerships.
