Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.

Lead global strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for LV/MV switchgear, PDUs and RPPs. Manage product line revenue, margins, NPI, compliance, platform standardization, cross-functional commercialization, and multi-region product teams. Support major customer and channel engagements and improve configurator, pricing, and serviceability.

Designs and scales secure, enterprise-grade AI and data platforms across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS. The role develops internal developer platforms, CI/CD frameworks, infrastructure-as-code, deployment patterns, data pipelines, observability, governance, and security controls for production AI applications. Responsibilities include integrating enterprise manufacturing and supply chain data, enabling self-service AI capabilities, supporting cloud portability, partnering with technical and business stakeholders, mentoring engineers, and driving enterprise AI adoption.

Drive regional business development for power distribution and protection systems across the Western U.S. Manage pipeline, conduct onsite customer needs assessments, present tailored solutions, collaborate with engineering/estimating/marketing, execute local marketing activities, track competitor activity, and close technically-informed sales. Heavy travel within the region and cross-functional coordination required.

Lead business development for the Industrial BU: qualify and win new customers, build strategic alliances, align Flex resources to customer roadmaps, manage pipeline and bookings, collaborate with Finance and internal teams, and support talent and budget decisions to drive revenue growth.
