Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement, finance, and commercial functions. Manage program scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, changes, executive reporting, and customer commitments for complex technical products and infrastructure.

Leads the global modular datacenter infrastructure product line, including portfolio strategy, P&L ownership, market share growth, pricing, business development, M&A, R&D, sustainability, compliance, and customer relationships. The role develops and inspires teams, drives succession planning, oversees financial performance, leads M&A initiatives, and establishes market thought leadership across hyperscale and colocation markets.

Drive regional business development for power distribution and protection systems across the Western U.S. Manage pipeline, conduct onsite customer needs assessments, present tailored solutions, collaborate with engineering/estimating/marketing, execute local marketing activities, track competitor activity, and close technically-informed sales. Heavy travel within the region and cross-functional coordination required.

Administer and govern PDM/PLM systems (Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM, PTC Windchill). Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
