Develop and grow customer relationships across the Central Region, manage sales activities and pipeline, assess customer needs, present tailored manufacturing solutions, negotiate contracts, monitor market activity, and collaborate with engineering, estimating, marketing, and account teams to close profitable business. The role is remote within specified Midwestern states and requires 50% regional travel for customer and internal meetings.

Own end-to-end execution of new product development programs, translating approved business cases into charters, schedules, resource plans, governance, and launch milestones. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement, finance, and commercial functions. Manage program scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, changes, executive reporting, and customer commitments for complex technical products and infrastructure.

Leads the global modular datacenter infrastructure product line, including portfolio strategy, P&L ownership, market share growth, pricing, business development, M&A, R&D, sustainability, compliance, and customer relationships. The role develops and inspires teams, drives succession planning, oversees financial performance, leads M&A initiatives, and establishes market thought leadership across hyperscale and colocation markets.
