Own and evolve Flexport’s implementation methodology, create standardized playbooks, and lead client implementations from award through steady-state delivery. Scope awarded business, build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage critical paths, report status and risks to leadership, adapt plans as conditions change, and capture lessons learned to improve future implementations.

Lead and grow a Trade Advisory team providing customs and trade compliance advice. Oversee client portfolios, develop service offerings, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor associates, and drive operational and revenue goals.

Serve as the operational bridge between e-commerce/retail clients and warehouse/3PL partners. Own SLA compliance, onboarding, billing reconciliation, forecasting and capacity planning, performance reporting, escalations, and partner accountability. Provide hands-on WMS/OMS support, train partner staff, drive corrective actions, and deliver client-facing reviews to retain and grow accounts while documenting processes for 4PL partnerships.
