Own and grow a portfolio of complex, multi-modal North American accounts. Lead renewals and RFPs, run strategic business reviews, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and coordinate solutions with Operations, Pricing, Product, and Procurement. Mentor junior AEs and maintain compliance in a heavily regulated supply chain environment.

Execute the lifecycle of ocean and air shipments from booking to delivery, maintain partner communications, ensure data quality, follow SOPs to meet KPIs/SLAs, proactively resolve exceptions, and use metrics to improve operations performance.
