Own and evolve Flexport’s implementation methodology, create standardized playbooks, and lead client implementations from award through steady-state delivery. Scope awarded business, build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage critical paths, report status and risks to leadership, adapt plans as conditions change, and capture lessons learned to improve future implementations.

An 18-month rotational program covering gateway operations, customs, and sales/account management. Participants manage live shipment and client work while developing supply chain expertise, SQL, AI and low-code automation skills, reporting capabilities, and Lean process improvement experience. Graduates earn certification in AI and low-code tooling and transition primarily into Account Management, with additional paths in Automation Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Consulting, Sales Engineering, Operations, Sales, or Customs.

Lead and grow a Trade Advisory team providing customs and trade compliance advice. Oversee client portfolios, develop service offerings, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor associates, and drive operational and revenue goals.
