Establish and lead FlexTrade’s enterprise-wide procurement function, managing $20–$40 million in annual technology and operational spend. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, IT and SaaS procurement, vendor and contract management, commercial negotiations, financial governance, spend reporting, pass-through cost allocation, and global purchasing coordination. The role initially operates as a hands-on senior individual contributor and may build a procurement team as the function expands.

Deploys, configures, supports, tests, troubleshoots, and develops solutions for sell-side order management systems. The role maintains system availability, resolves production issues, supports client upgrades, and collaborates with product managers, project managers, business analysts, QA testers, developers, and trading personnel. Requires experience with UNIX, databases, scripting, software development lifecycles, and broker-dealer workflows.

Manage client relationships and technical projects across onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement lifecycles. Coordinate with trading desks, technology teams, Client Services, Sales, Development, and Support to deliver projects on schedule. Track risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and stakeholder communications across multiple accounts. Lead client reviews, prioritize initiatives, and improve cross-departmental processes while maintaining an understanding of buy-side and sell-side trading workflows, particularly FX and equities.

Owns day-to-day SOC detection, alert triage, incident response, vulnerability management, threat hunting, and purple team activities. The role investigates security events across SIEM, EDR, network, cloud, and identity platforms; develops detection rules; prioritizes vulnerabilities; supports compliance audits; documents incidents and procedures; and mentors junior analysts. Requires on-call participation and primarily on-site work four days per week.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team across Windows, macOS, mobile and Linux platforms. Own BAU operations, incident/problem/change management, vendor relationships, project delivery, KPIs/SLAs, knowledge management, budgeting, and partner with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.

Lead QA to define QA strategy, build and maintain automated UI and API test suites across C++, .NET, Java and web stacks, mentor QA engineers, integrate tests in CI/CD, manage manual testing, triage defects, and maintain test cases and metrics.

Manage onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client relationships for TCA and trade surveillance. Validate trade data, deliver analytics presentations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to improve platform and client outcomes.

Develop and implement integrated FlexTrade products using C++ on Linux/Unix. Resolve complex technical issues, recommend product ideas from client feedback, work across the full product lifecycle, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead deployment of the FlexONE buy-side OMS, own client relationships across the lifecycle, write functional specifications, create implementation plans, validate workflows, oversee UAT, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and prioritize product roadmap requirements.

Lead and manage multiple client onboarding and implementation projects for FlexTrade's trading systems. Develop project plans, coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, track progress, scope requirements, produce documentation, run reviews with senior client stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining transparent communication and strong domain expertise in buy-side trading workflows.
