Lead architectural decisions, troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks with PowerShell and CI tools, manage AD/SAML/SSO integrations, mentor team members, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to deliver resilient, high-availability solutions.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team across Windows, macOS, mobile and Linux platforms. Own BAU operations, incident/problem/change management, vendor relationships, project delivery, KPIs/SLAs, knowledge management, budgeting, and partner with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.

Lead QA to define QA strategy, build and maintain automated UI and API test suites across C++, .NET, Java and web stacks, mentor QA engineers, integrate tests in CI/CD, manage manual testing, triage defects, and maintain test cases and metrics.
