Own Flip's B2B content and LinkedIn presence, manage paid marketing budgets and campaigns, produce client case studies and website copy, optimize SEO/AEO and HubSpot content, repurpose video assets, support events and gifting, and collaborate across marketing to drive engagement, leads, and talent attraction.

Support full recruiting lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles: source and engage candidates, schedule interviews across time zones, maintain ATS data (Greenhouse), conduct initial screens, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects.

The Product Manager will own product areas end to end, shaping solutions, driving execution, and making tradeoffs to enhance automation and customer experiences. Responsible for roadmap priorities and aligning teams to meet metrics and product goals.
