Teams at Floor & Decor

Manages outside commercial sales across the assigned region, including prospecting, customer relationship development, product presentations, RFQ/RFP responses, project coordination, pricing, ordering, delivery, installation oversight, and claims. Works with store, inside sales, purchasing, inventory, and support teams to close and administer commercial flooring and building-materials projects. Requires daily local travel, market knowledge, CRM proficiency, and commercial construction sales experience.
