Lead FLORA’s finance function across strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, controls, investor reporting, fundraising readiness, equity administration, and tax compliance. Build operating models, budgets, forecasts, pricing analyses, sales capacity plans, and headcount plans. Oversee close, payables, collections, financial systems, and reporting while partnering with executives and functional leaders to improve margins, spending, and business decisions.

Manage FLORA’s social channels, including publishing, community engagement, comments, and direct messages. Create, edit, and post platform-specific content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube; write captions and hooks; develop the brand’s visual and verbal identity; build relationships with influential creative practitioners; and optimize content using platform mechanics and engagement signals.

Create motion concepts, animations, product interactions, launch films, social content, and campaign assets. Establish tiered production workflows, integrate generative AI and agentic tools, develop prompt-driven systems, and help define FLORA’s motion language. The role also requires editing, sound design, color grading, strong animation fundamentals, independent prioritization, and rapid adoption of emerging creative technologies.
