Lead expansion into new opportunities by building and deploying profitable high-frequency quantitative trading strategies. Manage a research team to develop pricing and execution models, oversee end-to-end deployment, and integrate large-scale ML/Ops and high-performance compute into trading systems.

Develop workflow automation and data pipelines, build data-intensive applications, write automated tests, document designs and operational guides, deploy via CI/CD, provide first-line operational support, mentor team members, and collaborate with global stakeholders to improve trading efficiency.

Lead design and global rollout of a high-performance market data and execution Core Platform. Build low-latency ingestion, normalization, distribution, and execution components. Develop tools for quants and traders, own lifecycle from deploy to production profiling and optimization, and collaborate closely with engineers, quants, and traders to iterate on requirements and platform improvements.

Build and optimize low-latency C++ trading systems used across global venues. Implement exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, testing, monitoring, and performance optimizations. Collaborate with researchers, traders, and engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and deploy reliable, high-performance trading platform components.

Nine-week, in-person summer internship on Flow Traders' New York trading floor. Interns learn from traders, run trading simulations, develop and test quantitative trading strategies, collaborate with traders and researchers on projects, and engage in structured coursework and intern events.

The Digital Assets Operations Analyst will manage trade operations, reconciliations, reporting, and collaboration across teams to improve processes in a fast-paced trading environment.

Lead development and global rollout of a research framework for training and deploying trading models. Partner with quantitative researchers to test hypotheses, develop data-driven trading strategies and alpha signals, and integrate models into production workflows.
