Teams at Flow Traders

Design, build, optimize, and deploy systematic trading models and algorithms. Analyze large datasets to identify market patterns and trading signals, collaborate with traders and technologists to productionize research, and monitor and refine models based on live performance. The role requires advanced quantitative expertise, strong programming skills in Python or C++, and the ability to solve open-ended problems independently.

Lead expansion into new opportunities by building and deploying profitable high-frequency quantitative trading strategies. Manage a research team to develop pricing and execution models, oversee end-to-end deployment, and integrate large-scale ML/Ops and high-performance compute into trading systems.

Develop workflow automation and data pipelines, build data-intensive applications, write automated tests, document designs and operational guides, deploy via CI/CD, provide first-line operational support, mentor team members, and collaborate with global stakeholders to improve trading efficiency.
