Coaches managers, leads employee relations investigations, supports performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent and engagement initiatives, and change management. Uses People data to identify trends and inform decisions, collaborates with Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance, and helps build scalable policies and processes while ensuring compliance with multi-state employment requirements.

Lead corporate IT strategy and operations for a growing global workforce: manage employee support, identity and access, devices, collaboration platforms, corporate applications, vendors, and budget. Own enterprise AI governance, automation, self-service, security alignment, and team development while partnering with Property IT and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-conscious technology services.

Build end-to-end software, workflow automations, and AI-enabled products that improve operations and resident experiences. Partner with business teams, move across the stack, run experiments, and own solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption.

Provide pragmatic corporate and commercial legal support across contracts, real estate transactions, and multi-entity governance. Draft and negotiate vendor and property management agreements, coordinate outside counsel, advise business teams, and support landlord-tenant operations and ad hoc employment, privacy, licensing, and construction issues.
