Uses People data to identify trends and inform decisions, collaborates with Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance, and helps build scalable policies and processes while ensuring compliance with multi-state employment requirements.

Lead corporate IT strategy and operations for a growing global workforce: manage employee support, identity and access, devices, collaboration platforms, corporate applications, vendors, and budget. Own enterprise AI governance, automation, self-service, security alignment, and team development while partnering with Property IT and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-conscious technology services.

Build end-to-end software, workflow automations, and AI-enabled products that improve operations and resident experiences. Partner with business teams, move across the stack, run experiments, and own solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption.
