Collaborates with construction, power, cooling, and design teams; develops technical specifications, SOPs, and basis-of-design documents; and plans cabling and optics across multiple hardware generations.

Build and manage a global spare-parts sourcing program for critical data center equipment. Responsibilities include qualifying and dual-sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and inventory agreements, setting stocking levels and reorder points, forecasting demand using failure data and maintenance schedules, and maintaining accurate parts and supplier records across sites and regional depots.

Build and operate production data pipelines integrating ERP/ATS/project management/telemetry into a queryable layer. Own the data model for a live knowledge graph. Ship SLA-backed datasets/services for tools and ML. Convert unstructured vendor/field data (PDFs, spreadsheets) into trusted structured inputs. Own the contractor and extended workforce program from intake through offboarding. Manage staffing vendors, maintain compliant worker classification and onboarding processes, advise hiring managers on workforce solutions, improve vendor management systems and workflows, and partner with Legal, Finance, and IT on escalations, controls, reporting, and data protection.

Own Fluidstack’s corporate development pipeline, from sourcing and underwriting through negotiation and close. Structure bespoke transactions including joint ventures, minority investments, convertibles, warrants, and acquisitions. Evaluate strategic and financial returns across power, land, supply chain, and infrastructure, negotiate governance and control terms with principals and counsel, and align executives and operating teams around completed deals.

Leads Fluidstack’s FP&A function, including annual planning, forecasting, long-range modeling, scenario analysis, board and investor reporting, KPI development, variance analysis, IPO readiness, and FP&A systems implementation. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to guide capital allocation and growth decisions while building a high-performing finance organization and scalable financial processes.

Build production AI-powered software for hiring, finance, capital planning, contract analysis, and operational workflows. Develop LLM features, MCP servers, and agentic systems; embed with finance, legal, recruiting, accounting, and operations teams; translate expert workflows into structured data and automated processes; and ship autonomous, user-friendly products rapidly.

Collaborate with hardware, operations, cabling, software, and validation teams to produce deployable, scalable, and performance-validated designs.

Own Fluidstack’s global insurance programs across property, construction, liability, and cargo. Manage broker and carrier relationships, renewals, budgets, claims, loss control, property risk engineering, exposure data, and contractual insurance requirements. Coordinate with Legal, Construction, HSE, Data Center Operations, TPAs, adjusters, and executives to resolve claims, close risk gaps, and maintain compliant, audit-ready coverage as the company scales its data center infrastructure.

Build and lead Fluidstack’s corporate sustainability program for large-scale AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include creating Scope 1–3 GHG inventories, managing disclosures and customer data requests, developing water strategies and WUE targets, establishing auditable environmental data systems, gathering supplier and logistics emissions data, and coordinating sustainability commitments across design, construction, energy, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Own control architecture for rotating machinery and test rigs, including compressors, motor drives, expansion turbines, and thermofluid loops. Develop safety interlocks, fault handling, speed-based capacity control, and hardware-in-the-loop validation. Tune controls on live machines, investigate model-to-plant discrepancies, integrate production chillers with site BMS and plant systems, and document systems for operations teams.

Own compressor testing from test-cell commissioning through validated performance mapping. Responsibilities include specifying test cells and instrumentation, defining measurement chains and uncertainty budgets, writing test plans and safety interlocks, analyzing data, supporting design changes, and conducting failure investigations. The role focuses on high-pressure, high-speed rotating machinery, thermofluids, refrigeration performance, and data acquisition.

Build software systems for large-scale AI compute operations, including fleet health monitoring, automated repair and RMA workflows, hardware qualification, facility asset management, and structured operational procedures. Develop production features using Go, Python, or TypeScript; integrate LLMs and agentic tools; support on-call operations; and work closely with production engineers and facility operators to improve reliability and deployment speed.

Lead product direction for ontology and data products that model and support compute production. Translate messy operational domains into data models, specs, and product surfaces; drive technical tradeoffs and ship end-to-end; run stakeholder discovery and validate impact; define and track success metrics to optimize product outcomes.

Counsel will lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements supporting data center development, including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and technology transactions. The role manages sophisticated negotiations, oversees outside counsel, coordinates transactions across internal teams, and advises business leaders on legal and commercial risks. Candidates must hold an active law license and demonstrate strong judgment, communication, and experience handling high-stakes agreements.

Build and maintain foundational infrastructure platforms (CMDB, DCIM, asset lifecycle, monitoring, observability, automation). Deliver self-service tooling, workflow orchestration, integrations, and scalable, reliable systems while partnering with operations, security, and product teams. Drive technical direction, CI/CD, IaC, and production readiness for fleet-scale data center infrastructure.

Architect the solid-state transformer platform for gigawatt-scale AI data centers. Select converter topologies and semiconductor strategies, lead power electronics, magnetics, and controls engineers through hardware development, define MVDC system interfaces, create prototype roadmaps, evaluate build-versus-partner options, and develop vendor, laboratory, and university partnerships. Own technical trade-offs involving efficiency, redundancy, manufacturability, device availability, and MW-scale system integration.
