The Director, Commercials role involves leading complex commercial negotiations, managing deal processes, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities include negotiating infrastructure deals, collaborating with legal teams, tracking deal statuses, and building documentation standards.

Own global sourcing strategy for batteries, solar PV and inverters: qualify suppliers, negotiate long-term agreements, build should-cost models, manage cross-border logistics and compliance, run supplier reviews, mitigate supply risk, and partner with engineering, projects, finance, legal, and sustainability to keep procurement aligned with construction schedules.

Support financing execution across high-yield bonds, term loans, and equipment/project finance. Build and audit transaction models, analyze credit support and capital structures, coordinate legal and counterparty workstreams, produce investor/lender materials, and partner with cross-functional teams on financial analyses.
