Lead Flytrex’s marketing strategy and execution across existing and new markets. Own customer acquisition, engagement, retention, brand, creative, budgets, attribution, and performance reporting. Develop hyperlocal campaigns spanning digital, offline, grassroots, partnerships, and events while supporting both consumer and restaurant growth. Launch new territories, build scalable playbooks, manage and mentor the marketing team, and remain hands-on in a fast-moving environment. Travel 20–50% for market launches, partnerships, local execution, and collaboration.
