Supports the SaaS order-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, including sales order processing, contract review, billing, invoice distribution, collections, revenue recognition support, reconciliations, and month-end close. Maintains customer, contract, and billing data; resolves account discrepancies; supports audits and internal controls; and partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve billing processes.

Supports financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Tracks SaaS metrics, validates data, identifies reporting inconsistencies, and provides ad hoc financial analysis to cross-functional teams. Contributes to go-to-market analysis, annual planning, growth strategies, and long-range planning while using AI tools to improve analytical efficiency.

Manage customer implementations and onboarding by understanding client processes, goals, and pain points. Serve as the primary account contact, maintain a 60-day implementation process, configure forms, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include support, projects, upselling and cross-selling, documenting customer success stories, updating Gainsight, and conducting onsite implementation meetings or training. The role requires approximately 25% travel.
