Build planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, tooling strategy, launch readiness, competitive intelligence, and automated product-health monitoring. Synthesize product usage, feedback, and market signals into decision-ready insights and dashboards. Partner cross-functionally to reduce operational friction and support responsible AI-enabled workflows.

Manage renewals for assigned SaaS customers through proactive phone and email outreach, quote delivery and modification, negotiation, objection handling, and issue resolution. Track renewal progress and customer interactions in CRM systems, coordinate with Customer Service and Order Fulfillment, escalate concerns, and support high-volume renewal operations and special projects.
