Build disciplined collections processes, reduce denials, resolve complex payer disputes, negotiate settlements, partner with cross-functional teams, track KPIs and forecasts, and manage billing communications to optimize cash collection and shorten the AR lifecycle.

The Senior Data Engineer will construct and optimize data pipelines, work with cross-functional teams, ensure data quality and governance, and mentor junior engineers while leading advanced analytics initiatives.

Lead architecture and operations for the end-to-end data lifecycle: pipeline orchestration, dbt projects, cloud warehouse performance, dimensional modeling, data observability, HIPAA controls, and platform governance. Mentor a distributed data engineering team, partner with Analytics and Finance, and prioritize durable platform capabilities that enable BI, experimentation, and AI use cases.
