Handle inbound leads from small business owners, learn consultative sales, manage pipeline in Salesforce, participate in structured training, collaborate with sales leaders, and work toward promotion to higher-earning roles.

Manage client renewals and identify growth opportunities with existing small-business customers. Cultivate and maintain a personal book of business (no cold calling), use Salesforce to track interactions, consultatively recommend financing solutions, collaborate with sales leaders, and participate in training to meet renewal targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
