Own end-to-end delivery, reliability, observability, incident response, and architectural direction while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and cross-platform teams.

Lead network-wide manufacturing transformation across engine, powertrain, battery, and vehicle assembly. Own Lean deployment, digital/Industry 4.0 roadmap, performance management, KPI governance, and change leadership. Build teams, pilot-to-scale digital tools (MES, IIoT, predictive analytics), support launches, drive cost and quality improvements, and partner with plant, engineering, quality, and supply chain leaders to embed durable operational gains.
