Own financial operations for member fund flows, including HSA contributions, card programs, tax documentation, vendor relationships, and banking operations. Resolve escalations, monitor financial and vendor data, support invoicing and tax processes, and identify process improvements. Partner with Engineering, Support, and banking operations on integrations, platform changes, technical projects, and operational tooling.

Leads the backend platform engineering team responsible for scalable, reliable, secure core systems. Owns platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, operational excellence, reliability metrics, incident response, and engineering quality standards. Manages, hires, and develops backend engineers while partnering with Product, Security, Customer Operations, and other engineering teams. Establishes guardrails for AI-assisted development and drives platform APIs, shared services, and infrastructure supporting company-wide product delivery.

Own the full sales cycle for Forma’s pre-tax benefits solutions, including prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiations, and closing. Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline of small-to-mid-market prospects through outbound, inbound, and broker channels. Manage multi-stakeholder deals, consult with HR, benefits, and finance buyers, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, and coordinate handoffs with Sales Engineering, Legal, and Implementation.
