Associate Attorney managing real estate and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, handling depositions, arguing motions, attending court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. The role requires New York bar licensure or eligibility, approximately 4–7 years of law firm litigation experience, strong advocacy and organizational skills, and familiarity with litigation technology and court filing systems.
