Provide personalized academic advising to students, including degree planning, course scheduling, registration support, progress monitoring, and success planning. Identify at-risk students, resolve academic concerns, explain policies, maintain confidential records, and connect students with institutional resources. Collaborate with instructors and staff to support student retention and achievement. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Provides secure and customer-focused exam delivery by checking in examinees, verifying identification, explaining testing procedures, monitoring exams, maintaining testing security, and addressing technical issues. Requires reliable attendance, flexibility for part-time evening and weekend shifts, strong communication, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Maintains a secure, organized, and distraction-free testing environment. Prepares testing materials and stations, explains procedures, monitors exams, documents misconduct or irregularities, secures materials, maintains testing logs, assists with scheduling and student check-in, and supports general departmental office tasks while following campus, academic integrity, and ADA policies.
