Develop NLP and GenAI solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, translation, and large-scale text analytics. Responsibilities include text preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, exploratory data analysis, algorithm optimization, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and domain teams. The role requires applying machine learning, deep learning, statistical analysis, and distributed computing to extract insights from unstructured data.

Translates business and analytics requirements into technical data architecture specifications and fit-for-purpose solutions. Designs, plans, and guides data integration, modeling, quality, governance, optimization, and analytics platforms across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Applies software engineering and DevOps practices to automate and improve data flows. Collaborates with IT and business stakeholders, evaluates emerging technologies, manages competing priorities, and supports the evolution of the organization’s data ecosystem.

Analyze P&C insurance marketing, conversion, underwriting, and sales operations. Gather stakeholder requirements, document BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories, and liaise between business and technical teams. Support process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data initiatives. Plan and execute UAT, validate solutions, and triage defects while managing multiple priorities and translating insurance concepts into actionable requirements.
