Teams at Fragomen

Provide client-facing business immigration casework: prepare and file petitions, gather and review documents, manage case status in case management/billing systems, advise clients on strategy, communicate with foreign nationals and contacts, meet SLAs, train teammates, and ensure compliance with firm standards and data privacy.

Provide day-to-day HR/People operations support including onboarding/offboarding, Workday and time-tracking administration, employee questions, benefits orientation, compliance tasks, contingent worker administration, and local office programs. Maintain accurate employee records, support orientations and payroll/time approvals, assist with verifications and events, and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Prepare and file immigration petitions, gather and review documents, draft case materials, and interact with foreign nationals and client contacts. Meet SLA deadlines, escalate issues to supervisors, compile and summarize case data for reporting, follow data privacy and firm compliance protocols, and support team productivity through accurate use of case management systems.
