Provides front-line IT support for approximately 50 staff in a mixed Mac/Linux environment. Responsibilities include ticket resolution, onboarding and offboarding, hardware setup, asset management, access provisioning, documentation, account administration, and in-office technical coverage. The specialist also assists with workflow automation, new tool implementation, and monitoring infrastructure alerts, escalating issues appropriately while supporting projects led by the infrastructure team.
