Support FP&A by building and automating forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Maintain and analyze the three financial statements, produce ad-hoc and state-specific financial forecasts, partner with cross-functional teams, and support M&A due diligence and integration to evaluate targets and identify operational and financial synergies.

Support caregiver compliance and daily LHCSA office operations: process CHRC and background checks, monitor Live Scan/fingerprint status, maintain compliance records, perform audits and prepare for regulatory reviews, manage front-desk/visitor services, classroom readiness, supplies, filing/scanning, and provide cross-functional administrative support for onboarding and recruitment.

Execute high-volume full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of certified Home Health Aides for LHCSA; maintain ATS records, ensure regulatory compliance, source candidates via registries and job fairs, coordinate interviews, and provide emergency HHA backfill as needed. Engage with health plans and internal teams to fill shifts and support patient care.
