Drive publisher and ad-enabled app partnerships by prospecting, pitching, managing pipeline, closing high-value deals, and maintaining CRM records. Collaborate with senior management and report progress to the EVP of Growth & Publisher Development.

Manage end-to-end SSP partner operations, onboarding, blocklists, ads.txt audits, performance investigation, data consolidation, and cross-functional documentation to optimize publisher yield and compliance.

Serve as primary technical advisor for a portfolio of premium publishers, owning onboarding through retention. Monitor ad performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement optimizations, partner with internal teams (Support, Yield, Product), educate clients on AdTech best practices, and drive upsell opportunities to maximize publisher revenue and technical health.

Lead post-sales Customer Success to drive expansion revenue and yield optimization for publisher partners, reduce churn through technical excellence and operational standards, manage senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and engage enterprise publishers through high-touch relationships.

Lead publisher acquisition and growth by prospecting and closing high-impact accounts, leveraging CRM and market data to forecast opportunities, collaborating with Product and leadership on strategic deals, managing complex technical negotiations, and mentoring junior sales staff to drive revenue for Freestar's ad monetization products.

Manage publisher support tasks including troubleshooting ad and UX issues, implementing products and demand, creating and optimizing placements, and trafficking direct-sold and PMP campaigns to maximize publisher revenue.

The Executive Assistant will support the EVP of Growth & Publisher Development by managing logistics, scheduling, communications, and record-keeping to ensure effective outreach and deal closure with top-tier publishers.
