Lead and transform the US pitch and pursuit process by embedding AI enablement across stages. Manage a searchable global pitch content library, maintain structured experience and CRM data, create reusable pursuit assets and prompt frameworks, and develop training and adoption materials. Partner with BD, lawyers, and global teams to improve workflow, support high-priority pitches, and oversee directory and awards submissions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of wins.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team, manage schedules, handle communication, and assist with client events.

Provide full-cycle HR support to U.S. practice groups and HR Business Partners, advising on performance, development, engagement, onboarding, promotions, and employee relations. Coordinate HR initiatives, track deliverables, streamline processes, and use HR metrics to inform decisions and improve the employee and manager experience.
