Supports partner remuneration, profit-share allocations, drawings, annuity administration, capital accounts, loan calculations, reconciliations, tax information, audit support, and financial controls. Maintains partner data and process documentation, identifies efficiencies, responds to partner queries, and collaborates with Tax, Treasury, Reporting, HR, and Legal teams.

Supports US brand and communications initiatives through internal and external communications, media relations, thought leadership, social media, award submissions, content development, campaign coordination, reporting, and communications operations. The role drafts internal and external materials, manages calendars and collateral, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with leadership, HR, lawyers, and business teams to strengthen employee engagement, reputation, and business development.

Manage strategic HR projects focused on organizational design, workforce planning, AI-enabled transformation, change management, and continuous improvement. Coordinate project workstreams, analyze workforce trends, manage stakeholders and vendors, develop communications, and support practical People solutions across a global professional services firm.
